The project sought to create a piece that works as a study and a meeting place beside the existing house. The result is very simple: a solid volume of 20x8x3 meters, which is emptied to generate three different useable spaces (the study, the lounge and a changing room for the pool) and the transitional spaces between them.

The modulation of the pavement sets the project and the material used for the walls is the original material from the existing building, establishing a new element of continuity on the whole.

Se trata de construir una pieza, que sirva de estudio y lugar de reunión junto a la vivienda existente. El resultado es muy sencillo: un volumen sólido de 20x8x3 metros, que se vacía para generar tres espacios de uso diferenciado (un estudio, un salón y un vestuario para la piscina) y los espacios de transición entre ellos.

El módulo del pavimento ordena de manera precisa el proyecto y el material de revestimiento elegido es el mismo que el empleado en la construcción existente poniendo así en continuidad el nuevo elemento en el conjunto.
